Jillian E. Marcus serves as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of Sheridan Healthcare and its affiliates. Ms. Marcus has been an attorney for the company since 2002, providing legal and business counsel to its employees and its senior management. She focuses extensively on the acquisition of physician practices as well as the drafting and negotiating of corporate contracts. Ms. Marcus also currently serves as Sheridan’s Privacy Officer.

She graduated with Honors from the University of Florida College of Law in 1997 and received her B.A. with High Honors in Political Science from the University of Florida in 1990.
