Sheridan Children's Services specializes in acute inpatient care and treatment of infants and children. For over 25 years, Sheridan has been and continues to be a leading provider of Neonatology Services . In response to our client hospitals' needs, we expanded our services to include Pediatric Intensive Care, Pediatric Hospitalists and Pediatric Emergency Medicine Department. In addition, Sheridan offers a Newborn Hearing Screening program, Healthy Hearing^TM. We have developed and maintain a proprietary web-based medical record program, NiCUData^TM. NiCUData^TM captures medical record information relevant to care provided in the NICU, newborn nursery and delivery room, as well as data related to comprehensive risk management, JCHAO accreditation and billing, coding and collections.

Our on-site Medical Director leads our Pediatric Care Teams. Managing an effective and efficient department, the Pediatric Care Team develops positive, collaborative working relationships among Obstetricians , Pediatricians , Nursing Staffs and Hospital Administration. Our locally based care teams are encouraged and expected to maintain clinical excellence, and have the autonomy and administrative flexibility to address the individual needs of

their patients and families, referring physicians and client facilities. Sheridan provides the care team with access to the clinical, administrative and business support resources of a high quality, national physician organization. Currently, providing Neonatology , Pediatric Intensive Care, Pediatric Emergency Services or Pediatric Hospitalist care in 22 hospitals, our Senior Leadership , together with over 90 physicians and 18 ARNPs, provide us with the expertise to meet the needs of our patients, physicians, and client facilities.
